ABOUT THE PRESENTER   Schedule Meeting

Stephen Jenner is one of the world’s top Portfolio Management subject matter experts. He is a frequent speaker at PPM and PMO conferences, Steve is also a regular speaker at international conferences and writer on the subjects of portfolio and benefits management. In recent years he has presented to the OECD, the European Commission in Australia, USA, Canada and across Europe. Steve is co-author and chief examiner for the OGC’s Management of Portfolios, and formerly Portfolio Director for the UK’s Criminal Justice Service which won awards and is cited in the 'run' category of Gartner's 'Crawl, Walk, Run' framework.

I had the great privilege of attending a workshop run by PMOworks featuring Steve Jenner – it was a full-on day of portfolio management immersion, entitled Delivering Performance via Project Portfolio Management. What I’ll not do in this review is steal too much of Steve’s thunder, because I can really recommend you to book on it yourself if you want to learn more about the why’s and wherefores of portfolio management. It will be money and time well spent.
